In the initial discussions we really appreciated his open and honest input to the project which helped us make a few decisions before the work got started. As we closed in our the start date, he kept us posted on likely timing, and once on site continued to do a great job of communicating with us. Kieran’s communication from the initial inquiry, site visit, quote and job itself was always good with nothing left unclear. The team worked hard and stuck to their original timeline but what made the real difference is their willingness to work around other trades. Nothing was too difficult, even when Kieran was touching up with the builders still on site.
